It’s been 68 days since Iran and USA have been locked into a freestyle wrestling bout. The Persian Gulf is double locked at the Hormuz. Iran and the USA blockades have brought any movement to and from the gulf to a standstill.  Many ships are stranded on both sides of the gateway.  The world economy has been put on reserve and it is slipping into doldrums fast.

Russian and China are in support of Iran in her defense against the aggressors, USA, Israel, and other monarchies of the Arab world. Rest of the world has chosen to remain indifferent knowing well the illegality of the invasion. The euphemism used for this invasion is ‘the war of choice’.

In a recent development UAE received an iron dome a la Israel. And her Shaikh thought the country had become impenetrable. He quickly ditched GCC and pulled out of OPEC on quota restriction. This has soured her relations with the big-boss Saudi Arabia. On the other hand Trump’s falling approval rating prior to the mid term polls in the USA has pulled him onto the backfoot in this war against Iran after his earlier euphoria in Venezuela. Not only at home, president Trump is experiencing a lot of criticism and opposition from all around the world. This is slowly turning his love for Bibi, the butcher of Gaza, cold. Israeli people are also getting weary of the unnecessary wars Netanyahu has been dragging Israel in.

The whole operation has brought nothing but destruction to the entire world. Experts say this is a war of the changing world order. The hegemon is trying to assert its position in a world where multilateralism has become the order. The hegemon is out to dismantle all alliances and blocks like the UN, NATO, BRICS, GCC, OPEC, SCO etc. But the writing is on the wall. Mufasa is dead. The world needs new leaders and new order to give a grand farewell to the US dollar.
